BCG X is hiring a Manager, People & Development to support X Delivery. The role partners with business leaders and people stakeholders to manage career development, onboarding, performance milestones, employee relations, leave management, exits, compliance, workforce reporting, and employee experience. It also leads and develops one direct report, coordinates people data and audits, and drives continuous improvement across people processes. The position requires 10+ years of progressive HR, People & Development, or Talent Management experience, preferably in professional services or consulting, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
