Description
The People and Development Specialist supports BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience and career development for CT talent. Responsibilities include coordinating tenure reviews, case reviews, dossier preparation, Workday and case data accuracy, headcount and people-program reporting, and supporting regional people initiatives across learning and development, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and insights. The role requires strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills, along with at least three years of professional-services experience, preferably in a people function, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
