Description
BCG is hiring a Learning and Development Manager for BCG X Delivery to shape and evolve technical learning curricula, build scalable learning pathways, lead curriculum planning and multi-region rollouts, coordinate onboarding programs, manage vendor and learning-platform relationships, and measure learning effectiveness. The role requires 7+ years of relevant or transferable experience, capability-gap analysis, analytical and program-management skills, and strong English communication. It is based in Gurgaon or Bengaluru and generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
