Bosch is hiring a BCMS Specialist to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of its Business Continuity Management System and related Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities in an international environment. The role coordinates BCM and crisis-management activities, supports crisis exercises, contributes to process optimization and digitalization, prepares reports and presentations, and collaborates with stakeholders across functions and countries. Candidates should have practical business continuity or crisis-management experience, preferably at an operational level, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and very good English; project coordination, process improvement, low-code solutions, and German or Hungarian language skills are advantageous.
