Tabcorp is hiring a full-time permanent BCP Manager in Melbourne to lead its enterprise business continuity program, strengthen resilience strategy and frameworks, coordinate testing and simulation exercises, and provide continuity/disaster recovery advice and training across the organization. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance & BCP and involves stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with risk, technology, and business teams to improve operational resilience.
