Description
The role is responsible for designing and developing end-to-end autonomous-driving models, including two-stage and one-stage architectures and VLA models; optimizing model performance for vehicle deployment through quantization, distillation, and operator optimization; automating the mining, labeling, and management of large-model datasets; and collaborating with algorithm, software, and infrastructure teams to integrate the models into the overall system. Candidates should have a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, robotics, artificial intelligence, or a related field, at least two years of experience in autonomous driving or robotics, and expertise in large-language, multimodal, and generative models along with strong Python and C++ programming skills.
