Description
The Motor Drive Calibration Engineer will analyze requirements and develop calibration test plans for motor drive systems, perform calibration and testing, analyze results, optimize motor performance through parameter tuning, conduct vehicle integration calibration, and resolve client performance issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field, motor drive or powertrain calibration experience, familiarity with INCA, CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, or Vector toolchains, and strong communication, teamwork, and customer-orientation skills. The position is based at Bosch China Innovation and Software Development Campus in Wuxi and includes salary, social insurance, housing and property subsidies, medical insurance, and other benefits.
