Description
The Infrastructure Services Manager supports the management and operation of infrastructure services, contributes to infrastructure strategy and projects, maintains system performance and availability, troubleshoots issues, collaborates with other teams, improves processes, develops documentation, and optimizes resource allocation. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 6+ years of industry experience including at least 2 years in a similar role, and proven infrastructure technology management experience. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are advantageous.
