Bosch Vietnam is hiring a Lead Front-End Developer to lead front-end strategy and engineering for scalable enterprise workflow platforms, including real-time dashboards, workflow builders, and data-intensive applications. The role owns React and TypeScript architecture, design systems, accessibility, performance, testing, CI/CD, security, internationalization, and engineering standards, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with UX, backend, and product teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of front-end experience including three years leading teams or major initiatives, and expertise in modern JavaScript, React, state management, design systems, automated testing, accessibility, and global delivery.
