RV Country is hiring a BDC Representative to handle inbound leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and the website; qualify prospects; schedule and confirm appointments; prepare customers for arrival; follow up with unscheduled prospects; document activity in a CRM; and coordinate with store staff. The role requires clear phone communication, organization, reliability, and consistent outreach, with no RV experience required because product knowledge is provided.
