Sarasota Ford is hiring full-time BDC Representatives to follow up on marketing opportunities, including internet leads and inbound phone calls. The role is performance-based, with top earners making over $90,000 per year, and requires fast-paced communication, computer skills, Microsoft Office and database experience, and availability for at least one weekend day. Previous BDC or call center experience is preferred but not required, and bi-lingual ability is a plus.
