Description
The BDC Support Supervisor monitors and supports inventory controls for a third-party logistics Bulk Distribution Center, serves as the primary contact for BDC and Lowe’s leadership, and mentors the BDC Clerk team. Responsibilities include resolving inventory discrepancies and emergent issues, handling escalated customer and store inquiries, coordinating Pro Orders and reporting, driving damage reduction, supporting physical inventories, conducting system testing, and partnering with 3PL and store leadership. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred.
