Description
The Provider Network Coordinator supports the manager of Network Development by developing and managing provider networks and vendor relationships for new and existing sites. Responsibilities include building relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers, negotiating cost-effective contracts, managing medical claims for non-contracted providers, supporting pre-bid assessments, maintaining contract documentation, and assisting with audits and healthcare events. The role requires 3–5 years of managed care or healthcare experience, 1–3 years of experience with contract terms and reimbursement methods, strong Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and fluency in English and Chinese.
