PalmPay is hiring an Online Merchant Business Manager to drive online merchant acquisition, growth, and retention across fintech, e-commerce, and digital-service sectors. The role involves identifying and onboarding merchants, managing relationships with payment gateways and PSP partners, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing transaction data, improving merchant performance, and ensuring compliance with card-scheme, AML/CFT, and risk requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field, experience in online merchant acquiring, fintech sales, or payment gateway management, and strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
