Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a BE Operation Support Worker – Incentive Operations to support the execution and continuous improvement of incentive compensation operations across BMS China. The role partners with Business Effectiveness, Finance, HR, Commercial Excellence, and external partners to manage incentive plan administration, data validation, reporting, governance, audit readiness, and process optimization, including automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above, strong analytical and data management skills, proficiency in Excel and digital tools, and effective communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
