Description
The Beaming Operator will drive and own production in the beaming area, operating warpers, creeling, and other OAM equipment; performing basic maintenance; checking yarn quality; supporting machine start-up, shut-down, and product release; and adjusting or repairing essential machine components. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work 12-hour day-based shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing work in a noisy environment.
