Beauty Specialist for LOOK at Me Store drives sales for the assigned category while delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships, building the brand category, staying updated on brand offers and product knowledge, and adhering to company standards and procedures. The role reports to the Team Leader – Experience and focuses on sales performance, customer inquiries and complaints, selling techniques, replenishment coordination, product update communication, and sales documentation.
