The Bedrock AgentCore Software Engineer will build and enhance scalable, fault-tolerant agent infrastructure, including control-plane APIs, execution environments, deployment orchestration, observability, and security integrations. The role involves optimizing agent invocation performance, collaborating with AWS Lambda, Bedrock, and open-source agent frameworks, contributing to technical architecture, and mentoring engineers. It requires at least five years of professional software development, programming, system design or architecture, and engineering leadership experience, with a preferred computer science degree and full software development lifecycle experience. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of 168,100 to 227,400 USD annually.
