JBS USA is hiring a Beef Modernization Supervisor to support the Technical Services Superintendent with food safety and quality assurance objectives across the harvest floor. The role leads and develops food safety team members, oversees sorter training and performance, manages personnel, audits food safety compliance, implements corrective actions, and coordinates staffing and pre‑operational inspections. It requires knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, SAFE, animal handling, bovine anatomy and pathology, USDA procedures, Microsoft Office, and at least two years of packing or harvest-floor experience.
