Description
The Beef Programs Coordinator will coordinate technical and commercial activities for the company’s beef programs, lead and develop the technical team, build relationships with clients and strategic partners, monitor program performance, prepare management reports, and deliver training and knowledge-sharing events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science, knowledge of technical and commercial indicator analysis, intermediate English, and availability to reside in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Postgraduate qualifications in animal reproduction, genetics, or related fields are preferred, along with experience in genetic improvement, beef cattle production, team management, client development, and rural producer relationships.
