The After School Program Aide supports and supervises students in grades K through 8 in a structured after-school environment. Responsibilities include preparing and executing scheduled activities, monitoring student safety and behavior, assisting with meals and homework, maintaining activity areas, and collaborating with school staff. The role is based in Columbia and follows multiple weekday schedules, including early-morning and after-school shifts, with travel between campuses for training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, interact positively with students and school staff, and pass a criminal history background check.
