Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform community maintenance for apartment properties, handle resident service requests, improve vacant apartments for market-ready status, provide professional customer service, and respond to after-hours emergency calls on an on-call rotation. The role requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with 0–2 years of general maintenance experience and CPO certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of employment.
