AAPSA is hiring full-time BCBAs for its Utica and Syracuse offices to conduct ABA assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise day-program and school-based patients and staff, advocate for clients, train and supervise ABA staff, and support program development. The role offers clinical supervision, on-site training, licensing fee reimbursement, and a salary of $65,000-$75,000 per year; applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in New York.
