Description
Clarvida is hiring a part-time Behavioral Analyst in Pennsylvania to provide direct care and supervisory services to clients ages 2–21. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, identifying target behaviors, developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary providers, reviewing reinforcement strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants must hold BCBA certification, a relevant graduate degree, an active Pennsylvania license with ABA oversight scope, and the ability to pass required clearances; leadership experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $58 per client hour, with benefits listed for full-time employees and additional employee benefits.
