Description
Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavioral Analyst in Pennsylvania to provide direct care and supervisory services to clients ages 2–21. The role conducts behavioral assessments and observations, identifies target behaviors, develops and implements Individualized Treatment Plans, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary providers, reviews reinforcement strategies, and ensures compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements. The position requires BCBA certification, a relevant graduate degree, an active Pennsylvania license with ABA oversight scope, and the ability to pass criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances; leadership experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $42.50 per client hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
