Description
Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavioral Analyst in Altoona, Pennsylvania, to provide direct ABA care and supervision to clients ages 2–21. The role includes conducting assessments and behavioral observations, identifying target behaviors, developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary providers, reviewing reinforcement strategies, and maintaining regulatory clearances. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, a relevant graduate degree, an active Pennsylvania license with ABA oversight scope, and the ability to pass criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances; leadership experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $58 per client hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
