Easterseals Academy is hiring a Behavior Analyst for its Tinley Park campus to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate student behavior treatment programs. The role includes functional behavioral assessments, behavior intervention plans, emergency treatment plans, staff and parent consultation, IEP and clinical meetings, training, and supervision of Masters-level behavior analysis interns. Candidates need a master’s degree in behavior analysis, BCBA or eligible status, and at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and co-occurring challenging behaviors. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, and a 401K match, with a salary of $64,846-$81,058.
