Oakwood New Vista is hiring a Behavior Analyst to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and cooccurring psychiatric conditions. The role models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support, conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and monitors behavior plans, provides direct behavioral treatment, and serves on interdisciplinary teams. The position also offers outpatient specialty clinic consultation, clinical supervision, and continuing education support. Applicants need a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related discipline, BCBA certification, a Kentucky Behavior Analyst License, IDD experience strongly preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards.
