Description
The Behavior Analyst will oversee the development and implementation of behavior support plans for individuals with challenging behaviors aged 5-21 in a residential school setting. They will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior support plans, create data collection systems, collaborate with staff, provide direct care as needed, and respond to crisis team calls. The role requires a BCBA or NY LBA and a Master’s degree, experience working with people with developmental disabilities, and proficiency in computer software.
