Advancing Beyond the Spectrum is hiring a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Eldersburg, Maryland, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a hybrid arrangement requiring proximity to Baltimore. The role plans, develops, monitors, and supervises treatment and behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and related behavioral or communication challenges; leads Behavior Therapists; conducts assessments and family consultations; maintains client records; and manages case staffing and insurance authorizations. Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification, a Maryland LBA license or willingness to obtain it within 30 days, a relevant master's degree, and at least two years of direct ABA experience. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$90,000, potential bonuses, medical and dental insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and professional development support.
