Bright Light is hiring a full-time, center-based Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Matthews, North Carolina. The role develops behavioral plans, conducts functional behavioral assessments, provides behavioral therapy and other therapeutic services, creates individualized treatment plans, supports challenging behaviors in home, workplace, and community settings, and trains staff to implement behavioral plans. The position requires a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field, BCBA certification, and North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure; experience in an applied setting is preferred. Starting pay is $85,500 based on experience, with an uncapped monthly bonus program based on service delivery hours and full-time compensation and benefits.
