Thrive Collaborative is hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve children and families in the Roaring Fork Valley, primarily in Aspen with additional work in Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. The role involves designing individualized naturalistic programs, providing direct intervention, coaching caregivers and interventionists, using observation and data to adapt care, and coordinating with client teams. It is a 40-hour-per-week position with an average caseload of 5–7 clients, a 25-hour billable target, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates need current BCBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, and at least three years of independent BCBA practice.
