Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will work under the Clinical Director in a collaborative behavioral health environment, supporting students with autism or other developmental delays through assessments, behavior intervention planning, functional behavior assessments, IEP participation, staff supervision, fieldwork, programming reviews, and crisis procedures. The role requires an active BACB credential, Connecticut licensure, two years of relevant experience, BACB supervision compliance, and the ability to perform physically demanding student-management tasks in an on-site setting.
