Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The role leads clinical care for an assigned caseload, designs individualized ABA treatment plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, supervises Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, provides parent education, and partners with families. The position offers hybrid flexibility with up to 50% telehealth for in-home cases, a typical 25–30 hours per week, and potential annual compensation of $80,000 to $105,000 plus a potential $21,600 annual bonus.
