Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will oversee ABA services for assigned cases, conduct assessments, develop treatment goals and behavior intervention plans, review client progress, consult with community providers, provide parent training, maintain insurance and clinical requirements, manage schedules, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, and participate in staff evaluations and supervised field work. The role requires an active BACBA credential, Connecticut licensure, two years of behavior-analytic experience, BACB supervision compliance, and in-person on-site attendance.
