APTS® is hiring a Behavior Analyst for community clients to conduct functional behavioral assessments, analyze data, design individualized behavior intervention plans, train families and care providers, and provide direct support and crisis intervention. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst status in Virginia, and at least two years of experience in adult and adolescent settings serving individuals with developmental or emotional disabilities. The position offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and professional-development benefits and a salary of $78,000-$89,000 per year.
