Description
The Behavior Analyst designs and supervises applied behavior analysis services for children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, including functional behavior assessments, behavior plans, parent training, school consultation, and care coordination. The role provides clinical care, supervises BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians, and supports treatment-team training. It requires a master’s degree in a related field, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst certifications, and two years of autism-care experience plus one year of Behavior Analyst or similar experience.
