Description
The Behavior Analyst works with interdisciplinary teams to improve socially significant youth behaviors through applied behavior analysis, including functional behavior assessments, individualized behavior plans, data collection, intervention implementation, family and stakeholder collaboration, documentation, staff training, and program leadership. The role is based at the 1183 Monroe Ave Campus in Rochester, New York, follows a Monday-Friday schedule, and may require evening and weekend work. It requires a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, an active New York unrestricted LBA license or a BCBA with a path to licensure within six months, and an unrestricted New York driver's license. The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and pays $62,500 to $87,000 annually based on experience.
