Description
The Behavior Analyst in Training assists the Clinical Director by developing curriculum, training direct-service staff, writing behavior plans, conducting functional and skills assessments, documenting progress, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and families. The role requires a BS or BA in Psychology or a related field, enrollment in an MS or MA program with an approved BACB course sequence, BACB supervision, BCBA exam completion within six months, and completion of required training and certifications.
