Straith Hospital is hiring a full-time Behavior Assistant for a 12-hour rotating night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with weekends and holidays required. The role supports children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and severe behavior challenges in an inpatient and outpatient hospital-based Severe Behavior Program, implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with daily living and therapy, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with nursing and multidisciplinary teams. The position pays $22.00 per hour plus shift differentials and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, BLS certification, Microsoft Office skills, and background and drug screening.
