Description
Bechtel is hiring a Behavior-Based Safety Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the Lilly Houston Project’s Craft Based Leadership (CBL) program. The role leads CBL observations, coaching, feedback, training, reporting, audit follow-up, communications, and specialized safety initiatives, while reporting to the EHS Manager or EHS Services Manager. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and One Drive, and strong training, presentation, and safety-program experience.
