Clarvida is hiring a Behavior Consultant ABA for its Autism Services in Butler, Pennsylvania. The role involves direct care and supervisory responsibilities such as client assessments, observing target behaviors, collaborating with children ages 2-21 and their families, and developing and reviewing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) using preference assessments, reinforcement, and other ABA-based rehabilitative strategies. The position is full time, pays a billable rate of $43 per hour with additional rates for training, travel, and administrative time, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision options, paid time off, licensure supervision, and mileage reimbursement.
