Spokane Public Schools is hiring a Behavior Intervention (BI) Paraeducator for its Special Design Program. The role supports elementary and secondary students with moderate to severe behavior challenges by implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, reinforcement systems, visual supports, and proactive behavior strategies, while collecting student data and collaborating with teachers and building teams. The position is a continuing role with a daily schedule of 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starts August 20, 2026, and offers SEBB medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees working at least 630 hours per academic year.
