Description
The Resource Center is hiring a Behavior Intervention Specialist I/II to support staff and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through behavioral assessments, psychological and adaptive evaluations, behavior-plan development and monitoring, crisis intervention, staff mentoring, training, site observations, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. The role requires advanced behavioral or clinical education and experience, BCBA certification or relevant New York qualifications depending on level, a valid driver's license, strong documentation and communication skills, willingness to travel, and availability for non-traditional hours.
