Intercare is hiring a part-time Behavior Interventionist in Rancho Santa Fe, California, to work one-on-one with children with autism in home and clinic settings. The role provides ABA-based support for communication, social, and daily living skills; travels to client homes and nearby community locations; and collaborates with families and supervisors. No prior ABA experience is required because paid training is provided, and the position pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with local travel; experience with children is preferred.
