Intercare is hiring a part-time Behavior Interventionist in Santee, California, to work one-on-one with children with autism in home and clinic settings. The role provides ABA-based support for communication, social, and daily living skills; travels to client homes and nearby community locations; collaborates with families and supervisors; and maintains a safe, supportive environment. No prior ABA experience is required because paid training is provided. The position pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour, offers a $500 sign-on bonus, and includes flexible afternoon and early-evening scheduling, paid training, drive-time and mileage reimbursement, ongoing supervision, and education reimbursement programs.
