Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Interventionist Trainer in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. The hybrid role combines training Behavior Interventionists with direct one-on-one ABA services for assigned clients. Responsibilities include coaching staff, modeling intervention strategies, using Behavioral Skills Training, collecting data, supporting assessments, collaborating with families and clinical teams, and covering client sessions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, active RBT certification, at least two years of experience training Behavior Technicians, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR and First Aid certification, and required health and background checks. Compensation is $26-$28, with benefits including mileage reimbursement, professional development, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
