Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in Sacramento, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, develops and oversees clinical programs, supervises Behavior Interventionists, provides education and training for client caregivers, and requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily. Compensation is $29–$32 per hour with a $750 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and retirement benefits. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree plus ABA coursework and experience or two years of ABA program design or implementation experience, along with strong clinical, communication, and team skills.
