Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavioral Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in Riverside, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, develops and oversees clinical programs, supervises Behavior Interventionists, provides education and training for client caregivers, and requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour with a $750 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Applicants need a completed master’s degree in a relevant field, strong ABA and program-management skills, and experience in fields such as behavior analysis, autism, psychology, or social services; an in-progress BCBA is preferred.
