Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavioral Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis in North Sacramento, California. The role serves as an onsite case supervisor and leader, develops and oversees clinical programs, supervises Behavior Interventionists, provides education and training for client caregivers, and requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily. Compensation is $29–$32 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree plus ABA coursework and experience, or two years of ABA program design or implementation experience, along with strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
